This is the web teams change control board request form.  Any changes to Flexipage order, category order, new categories, updates to categories need to be listed below that is clearly documented what change is being requested. Once per week the new list will be emailed to the web team mailing list for approval.

New Requests

• Sample;  cr000, (Change Request No.), Create new category for xyz topic. Locate as child under Sage Advice.YourName, Date
• CR004 Next request here. Name, date   

All previous requests that are closed will go here

• cr001, R.Braibish, 03 Nov 09:  Create a page called “Referenece Library” (Or something similar) in the Information category and on this page will be lists of rocketry books, and videos or other media and software that can be found out there,  there should be categories to organize the data/links.   If available, provide links to possible vendors and a very brief, 2-3 sentence, synopsis of the resource.  R.Braibish, 3 Nov 09
